Property Information
The majestic Pine River flows through the heart of the 800,000 acre Hiawatha National Forest. Pine River was used by many of Michigan's first explorers as a way to traverse the wild and unexplored wilderness of Michigan's Upper Peninsula and is now today a 20 mile long National Canoe Trail. The Pine River begins its journey through the U.P. in the Seney National Wildlife Refuge before reaching its final destination in St. Martins Bay in Lake Huron.
Parcels along the river range from 2-5 acres with anywhere from 150 to 250 feet of river frontage.
There are also 3 parcels along the Mackinac Trail with sizes of 49 acres, 38 acres and 11 acres.
Buildability of the land is guaranteed.
